Landscape Crew leader

3 to 5 years experience | Valid class 3A drivers license | Experience laying sod, working fabric, stone and shrubs, towing dump trailers, skid steers, driving dump trucks, clearing snow by hand, using a snow blower/

Experience driving plow trucks as well as being comfortable working other industry related heavy equipment.

You have current and ongoing experience leading, supervising and correcting a crew up to 3 men.

Lawn Care Crew leader

Valid class 5 drivers license

Experience working in the Winnipeg property care industry for 3 to 5 years.

Experience with lawn mowers, lawn trimmers, hedge cutters, chain saws, snow blowers, edgers and other industry related maintenance equipment. You have existing experience and are comfortable to lead, supervise and correct at least one additional man.

Lawn Care / Landscaping / Snow Shovel Labourer

Valid class 5 drivers license

Have a minimum of 1 year on the job experience.

Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, chain saws, snow blowers, and all other industry related equipment. You follow instructions given to you to a "T".

3. Provide In one package for our review the following;
   1. Cover letter that outlines; what you are looking for in a new employer, why you want to move on from your current position and why you feel you would be a good fit for us.
   2. A new and current copy of your drivers abstract. We prefer hiring individuals with a valid drivers license.
   3. An updated resume including references.
4. In person interview(s) are scheduled after our review of the above information.

• Encourage our staff, customers and suppliers to practice social distance, proper hand washing and cough etiquette.
• Increased cleaning within our office, shop spaces and vehicles.
• Employee holidays have been delayed as possible. 14-day self-quarantine rules implemented for staff returning from holidays and those experiencing flu symptoms.
• Supporting our team members to access government financial aid during required quarantine and slow periods of work as result of COVID-19.

Our priority is to maintain the health and well being of all. Our precautions and procedures will naturally evolve as we are guided by The Government of Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, the provincial Government and other authorities during this crisis.
